Terms of Use

Effective October 13, 2026

In short: these terms cover your use of the truechoice.us website. Access to the TrueChoice platform, data and API is governed by a separate written agreement.

Agreement

By using truechoice.us (the "Site"), operated by TrueChoice Index ("TrueChoice," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site describes TrueChoice and how its product-evidence infrastructure works. It is informational. Product names, SKUs, test results, query formats and agent responses shown on the Site are illustrative examples. They aren't real product records or claims about any actual product, brand or manufacturer, and they aren't advice to buy or avoid anything.

Platform access is separate

Nothing on the Site grants access to the TrueChoice platform, data, MCP server or API. That access, and any rights to use TrueChoice data, are provided only under a signed agreement with us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, don't:

Intellectual property

The Site, its text, design, graphics and code, and the TrueChoice and TrueChoice Index names are owned by TrueChoice or its licensors. You may view the Site and share links to it. Any other use needs our written permission.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueChoice won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
